About your hardware, your data and your devices in the field.
Does my hardware have to come from Contecto?
Not necessarily. Concloud is part of the Contecto hardware solution, so in a new product the connection is built into the electronics before it ships. An existing product can be connected later as well, usually with a firmware update from Contecto that adds Concloud, so there is still no integration work on your side. Tell us about your product and we will find the right route.
What does it cost?
That depends on your hardware and on what you need to see and control. Tell us about your product and we will work out the setup and the cost with you.
What happens when a device goes offline?
You see when it last reported and can receive an offline notification. Settings, restarts and firmware updates you send in the meantime wait for the device, which collects them the next time it connects.
Where do alerts arrive?
In your Concloud inbox and by email. Set alerts for measurements and device events, then choose your notification preferences globally, per revision or per device.
Can we build our own dashboard?
Yes. Choose widgets, drag and resize them, and organise them into tabs. Save a layout for one device or share it across every device of the same revision. Dashboard editing is controlled by permissions.
Can we take our measurements elsewhere?
Yes. Choose a device and a period, and Concloud exports its measurements as a CSV file for your own analysis tools.
